Terms and Conditions

 

Article 1 - Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official booking platform.

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature of the tour.

• Final payment terms will be outlined in your confirmation email and must be met to secure your reservation.

 

Article 2 - Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations within 14 days of the tour date are non-refundable.

• In case of natural disasters or unforeseen government restrictions, tours may be rescheduled or refunded at the Company’s discretion.

 

Article 3 - Changes to Itinerary

• Tokyo VIP Tours reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather, traffic conditions, or supplier availability.

• Clients will be informed of major changes in advance and offered alternatives where possible.

 

Article 4 - Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

 

Article 5 - Client Responsibility

• Clients must comply with local laws and behave respectfully to guides, hosts, and other travelers.

• Clients are responsible for securing any visas or documentation required for their travel.

• Tokyo VIP Tours reserves the right to remove any guest from a tour if their behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

 

Article 6 - Liability

• Tokyo VIP Tours acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other independent contractors.

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in providing services included in the tour.

• We shall not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property, or for any inconvenience caused by travel disruptions beyond our control.

 

Article 7 - Force Majeure

• Tokyo VIP Tours is not liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or pandemics.

 

Article 8 - Photography and Media

• During your tour, Tokyo VIP Tours may take photographs or video for promotional use.

• By participating, you consent to the use of these images unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before your tour.

 

Article 9 - Privacy

• Client personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.tokyoviptours.com/privacy-policy.

 

Article 10 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Japan.

• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
